David was born and raised in Upstate NY. He attended and graduated from SUNY Brockport (BS, Psychology, Summa Cum Laude) and Syracuse University College of Law. He currently Lives in Waterloo, NY.

David believes in getting things done to make people's lives better. It starts with finding common ground. He will work with anyone who can help him fight to deliver results for the people and communities of Upstate NY.
